By commissioning Zavier Sosa, the client agrees to all terms listed here.
Prices are subject to change based on demand and project complexity.
Work begins only after payment or deposit is received. Payment plans may include milestones.
Refund eligibility depends on project progress. If the client cancels after work begins, no refund is guaranteed. Completed work up to that point will be delivered.
Clients may use completed work for personal or commercial use with proper credit. Redistribution or resale is not allowed without an extended license.
Standard license allows monetized use with credit. Extended commercial license ($500) allows resale or redistribution rights.
Minor revisions are included during each stage. Major changes or reworks outside the original concept may cost $18/hour. Additional scope changes may require extra charges.
Projects typically take 2–4 months depending on complexity and queue position. Active production stages usually take 2–4 weeks each.
Projects are divided into stages: (1) modeling/rigging/blendshapes and (2) UV/texturing/Unity setup if applicable. Approval is required before moving forward.
Updates are provided during active work periods via agreed platforms. Messages outside working hours (Mon–Fri, 11AM–6PM EDT) may be delayed.
The artist reserves the right to refuse content involving illegal material, extreme violence, or uncomfortable subjects.
All work is custom-made. Direct copying of other creators’ work is not allowed. References must be original or properly authorized.
Fan-based designs are allowed for personal use only. All designs are reinterpretations and not exact replicas of copyrighted characters.
Client data such as email, references, and invoices may be stored securely for up to 5 years for tax and record purposes.
Completed work may be showcased in portfolio or social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Generic or reusable components may be used in future projects unless explicitly restricted.
NSFW work is strictly 18+ only. Clients confirm legal adulthood when requesting such content. Misrepresentation will result in cancellation.
The artist is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of delivered work beyond agreed terms.
By commissioning, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.
